I liked the friendly greeting, and the straight forward process of checking in. I liked the functional style of the decor throughout and the comfortable lobby - especially loved the courtyard with all it's plants growing so well. I loved the design of the bathroom, compact but so well put together that you didn't notice the small size at all. I really appreciated the quick offer of a staff member to book a taxi to the airport for 5.10am and the fact that there was a staff member on duty when that arrived for us.

We loved the breakfast. Great wide variety of choice. Loved the view of the canal outside our bedroom window. Walking distance from everything. Receptionist was always very helpful when we needed to book taxis and hold our luggage in a safe room on day of departure. Felt safe and welcomed at the hotel.

a very well equipped hotel in a convenient central ovation. the welcome was warm and staff were most friendly and courteous throughout our stay. The decor was modern yet we felt that the hotel did have some charm and character. Out room was well appointed and very comfortable. The shower room was very spacious with a hot and powerful shower unit. overall we were made to feel welcomed as guests and we thoroughly enjoyed the 3-night stay. Highly recommended.

Overall, our stay at IBIS was pleasant. We were lucky to have been able to check in early, which can depend on the hotel's occupancy. The staff were very helpful. For those traveling with cats, I recommend: Inform the hotel in advance by leaving a note or calling the reception to ensure that you can leave your cat in the room. The room's door is secure, so there is no need to worry about your cat escaping. Extra charge for pets - 15 euros per day. Use the Do Not Disturb sign to make sure staff doesn't come in when you are not there.

The location was perfect, a good 10 min walk to main attractions. A good 20 min from train station but easy to find. The breakfast lacked hot food options, but the rest was good. The room was really clean and bed was comfy. It was quiet didn't hear any other guests or outside noise. The room was cleaned everyday and given clean towels. The elevator was key card only access which made the premises feel secure and safe. Also easy check in and out, with polite staff.

The hotel was in a good location, 20 minute walk to to centraal station or a 10 minute tram. Lots of cafe's and shops clsoe to the hotel and lots of things to fo closeby too! The staff were really froendly and helpful. There are snacks and drinks you can buy at the reception which was a great touch and so helpful. The room was clean, a good size and really comfortbale- the bed was very nice and comfy!

Location was good. 500-600 meters walk to shopping street, Dam Square, and kess than one km to Central station. plenty of buses passing. Ms. Bahar at Reception was very very helpful and guided us to city and attractions and markets near by very well. I would like to Thank her specially.
